Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 15 business days.
However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Processing & Shipping Time Frames

When you add an item to your shopping bag, we estimate the processing time and standard shipping delivery date. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

You will receive a shipment notification email when each item is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times in separate boxes.

To ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, refer to the estimated delivery dates quoted in your shopping bag, as many of our styles are made to order. We take great care to ensure the quality of each product and prepare it for shipping, and we appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Shipping Area

Our U.S. website ships to all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

We offer international shipping for select items. To check if an item can be shipped internationally, first check if your country is listed. Then as you shop, international availability will appear after you select a color and a size.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free in the US on most items. On some items, we may have a weight based shipping fee. There are weight based shipping rates on items shipped outside the US.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! we can never keep you to wait for so long to get your order

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
